Size 10- vintage usually fit smaller, see measurements below for accurate sizing-mannequin is size 6/8 for a reference
Great used condition- there is a small rust stain on the bottom hem of both layers see photos (It can usually be removed) but is missing materials tag unsure of fabric content probably from the 1970s/80s
This beautiful dress has a tie front with covered buttons, hook & loop with snap closure elastic waist and balloon sleeve cuffs, comes with original belt which is fraying
