We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in resalable condition. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend starting your return as soon as you know an item isn’t right for you.

Please visit our website’s help center and navigate to the “Returns” section to begin. You’ll need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After providing some basic information, you will receive a printable return label and packing slip. Securely pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

After we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the inspection is complete. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.
