We experienced a really weird site glitch from December 4th 2023- March 20th 2024. I am being told the glitch is finally fixed. The glitch were hiding sales of ours and other sellers every sooo often where we didnt even know item was purchased or payment was made. In turn We had some customers who were not tooo happy and left soooo very nice friendly feedback. All those customers have been taken care of with either full refund or in some cases full refund and we sent them item free of charge.
