Vintage MX5 Superbike Motor – 33cc Bicycle Mounted Pedal Assist Engine – Working

I have an original & 100% complete mx5 superbike bicycled mounted 2cycle motor first advertised in 1985/86. 33cc engine includes push button start & throttle grip assembly along with external fuel tank (2x included), along with all original paint, panels & decals!

Engine is configured with a 2bolt seat tube mounting bracket & a smal toothed iron cog approximately 2” acrosss which is fixed against your rear wheel. When the throttle is enabled, the cog spins which subsequently provides a robust pedal assist in the form of a 33cc, 1.5hp motor allowing just about every rider the capability of scaling a 0.5 or longer hill while remaining in an upright seated position.

Includes original exhaust & downpipe. Running well. Starts with no problems via the push button start. New spark plugs, wires, exhaust manifold gaskets & fuel lines.

Very useful, 2 stroke motor. Requires a fuel/oil mixture for operation
